Yesterday when Little E was enjoying the pool I did my rounds in the garden. I found these Black Swallowtail (Papilio polyxenes) butterfly caterpillars on my dill plants. I thought they were so pretty, so I ran and got my camera. I love their patterns, however they demolished my dill plants. This time there was no relocate and release program.
But but but they would have turned into bwootafull butterflies ;)
They are beautiful images, as usual, Sarah!
