Very disappointing weather here on Spruce Hill. I was hoping for something other than rain. But no not this time. I thought I would post some snowy pictures from our first snow we got in December. I kind of forgot about them. I have so many pictures in my computer that if I don't go through them once and a while I completely forget they are even there!
I remember taking them now. I was so excited that it was snowing I was running around outside without a coat on. Taking pictures as fast as I could.
This morning I had a bit of fun playing with my banners for both my blogs. I really need to do some house cleaning and change things a bit. Take some things off and add some new things. It is the perfect day to do it with all the cold rain outside.
Yesterday it seemed like the general consenses was chocolate, coffee (Starbucks), and wine mixed in with spa treatments. You all know me well. I am going to forgo the spa treatments though for a few weeks. I have a special procedure planned the day before that will make going to the spa uncomfortable for a bit. I am not going into great detail because this is a family friendly blog. I will just say that is the last step in my reconstruction and leave it at that.
Thank you for all of your suggestions! I am planning on making a special dessert recipe that I have been saving for this sort of milestone. I am going to treat myself to Starbucks (I got several gift cards for Christmas that I can use) and I will have a glass of wine too with my dinner. I am really looking forward to it.
