Big E got to sell her prizewinning cake at the annual livestock sale at the fair last Saturday. It was very exciting! She got to show off her creation to the crowd while the bids came in.
She sold her cake for $210.00! Her first profit from her baking skills. I see a little business in her future. The man who bought it asked for 3 pieces and then had E cut it up and give it out to anyone who wanted a piece! Kids from our livestock club who were selling their animals lined up to get a piece. With in about 10 minutes it was gone. Everyone said that it was very tasty!
All the cakes the kids made were amazing! These girls have a lot of talent! I can't wait to see what E comes up with for next year!
I am so proud of her!
Her cake really does look the best...

Oh my gosh, first of all, could she BE any cuter?! Second of all, $210! That's so fantastic, and so deserved. You must have been bursting with pride.

What a gorgeous cake! I thoroughly enjoyed this post...makes me really miss home. The county fair where I am from was last week...and there's nothing like a county fair :)
