Miss H and I have been walking on the beach together every morning. Finding shells is our mission. I have had a run of luck this year, and have found some really pretty little shells.
Every day since I have been here I have found a sand dollar. It is not a very common thing here on the Delaware coast.
These sand dollars that I found are about the size of a dime. They are so small and fragile. It is hard to believe they made the trip from the sea to the sand intact.
I have found some other treasures too.
I hope I find another sand dollar today!
Someone's little feet got some sun! Love the anklets! Little Miss said the fourth picture down reminds her of spaghetti all stuck together :)

Hope you find one too. They're so pretty.
I love the beaches of Delaware... wish we lived closer to that area.

Your photos are so delicious! I can almost smell the salty water...feel the soft ocean breeze on my face...and sense the sand between my toes. Is there room for one more on your beach walk????

Fun finds! The sand there is so golden. The sand here is gray. I bought two sea stars at Walmart yesterday. Not quite the same thing as finding those treasures on the beach, eh? ;) I have a ton of sand dollars and agates from when my parents lived there and I beach-combed!

I have never seen little sand dollars like that...so cute. I always get very excited when I find a sand dollar. They are special!

You are finding some nice shells there. I love hunting along the seashore for things.
I hope you are having a great time.
