After a long rainy couple of days this afternoon the sun finally came out. It was so warm the kids were running around in shorts and I was able to walk around on the front porch with bare feet.
Finally, finally I found some daffodils.
We had a few hours of beautiful weather and then we had our first thunderstorm of the spring.
Complete with a rainbow!

Right before the storm the ponies were in rare form, anticipating the change in weather. It as fun to stand on the porch and watch them kick up their heels.

Happy sunny Sunday!
Isn't that first breath of spring marvelous?

I think your horse was feeling her Wheaties so to speak...
Great rainstorm... always love the sounds of nature.

Those Daffodil shots are lovely and that rainbow is really pretty.
Isn't it nice when the weather changes and turns out warm enough to go barefoot outdoors. I love pottering around in the garden with bare feet. I think it brings out the inner child in me..hehe
It is not warm enough here for shorts yet though. I am so looking forward to the Summer!. :-)

Those flowers are gorgeous! The colors are so rich and lovely.
By the way, you have some great CDs listed over there on your sidebar. I love me some Craig Morgan and Blake Shelton. ;)

Love all the signs of spring, especially the bucking-no daffodils here yet, though!
