I HAD SO MUCH FUN! We left here around 11:00 AM on Friday. By 1:30 we were at the beach. We shopped, we ate, we drank, we laughed (a lot). It was so nice to just get away. To relax and gather my thoughts. To gear up for my chemo treatments. I was beginning to run out of steam. For now I feel recharged. It was good to get back, to the girls and Super Daddy. I really missed them.
My girlfriends gave me a special gift when we arrived at the beach house. We were unpacking the cars (Well they were unpacking the cars) I turned around and my friend KCP had a large box in her hands. I knew what it was as soon as I saw it. Oh my gosh it was sooooo Cool. Here it is!
My Boob cake
Yes it's a boob cake. Chocolate-chocolate chip with chocolate mousse filling! It was so good. We have a local woman who lives about two miles away who bakes cakes out of her home. She makes THE BEST cakes. She was a bit concerned that the cake would hurt my feelings. I think it was so Fabulous. Thanks Stella! I had some for breakfast this morning Yummmmm :)
I am happy to hear the GIRLS had a nice weekend. You deserved to have a little R & R and a chance to "let your hair down". I am sure Paul had a nice time as Mr. Mom!
