Today was such a beautiful day I felt so much better and I got outside with my camera. It's what really relaxes me and gets me in my zone. No thoughts of cancer or being "sick" Just me and my camera and the warm sun shining on my face.
It was a great feeling. I have gotten some rest and was able to drive today to pick the girls up from school which was a real treat!
I love this little spot at the end of our lane where the little stone house is. These little snow drops just sitting there by the road. Evidence that someone did once live there long ago.
Wishing everyone a Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand

Hi Sarah. I haven't visited your blog in a while so was shocked when I stopped today to find that cancer treatments are once again a part of your life. All I could do was heave a big sigh for you and ask myself why anyone should have to endure this twice. Wishing you all the best in kicking cancer's ass once again.
Those little snowdrops are blooming just for you!

The other day after I first learned about that bad-ass neighbor taken up residence in your body again, I thought about a way to talk about it, without being explicit. These snowdrops have found a way to encompase just that. When I finish it, I promise you'll be one of the first to read it. That is all I can say for now!
Hugs galore!

Awwww Sarah, I am so glad you are feeling a little bit better and got outside to get some photo therapy. I was out yesterday taking pics of my daughter and realized how much it makes me feel better too!
Always thinking about you!

The flowers are beautiful! I'm so sorry about your cancer coming back. Like Mother Nature, you will rise up to meet this challenge, despite all else.

The daffodils are blooming around our house. I hope they don't freeze tomorrow when it dips below 32, however. Oklahoma has some crazy weather....
