I love the Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust so I don't mess with homemade any more! That does look great!!

I love Quiche...love it. I use the Pillsbury refrig pie crust. I saute mushrooms and shallots.

I also have a recipe that bakes a brown rice 'crust' that is really good as a Quiche.

Yummy....I know what is for dinner tonight.
