I was volunteering at the girl's school today. Not in my daughter's classroom but another. I finished up my work and signed out in the office and wrote my hours down. When I came back outside Little E's class was at recess. She was busy playing with her friends and did not see me right away. I watched her for a while and waited for her to pass me in line on her way back inside. She saw me and her face lit up and she gave me a really big hug and kiss. I waved good bye and turned and walked away around the building and out of sight. When I turned the corner I heard her say " She is such a good Mommy!" to her friends. It made my heart leap in my chest, and put a little tear in my eye. It is those little moments that make life so grand!
What a sweetie, and enjoy the precious moments!!

Oh how sweet!! She really is too adorable...
We got some snow and then a little rain so it is icy. I am not really so into winter...I really could leave it all behind. But it does so make me appreciate the other seasons!
We are so blue here today...we lost two of our cats within a four day period! Both unrelated illnesses and nothing that is contagious to the others...
we are so sad and loved them so much.
I hope you have a great week...seems like it is off to a loving start!

She is sweet. I see her all the time in school and she gets excited and says "That's my cousin!!" even to the teachers. She's the best!
